Tigullio Gran Pesto Genovese
Prepared using fragrant fresh basil processed immediately after harvesting, so as to preserve its intense aroma and characteristic flavor intact.
How to Use:
- To taste all the flavor of the GranPesto Tigullio alla Genovese, just salt the pasta cooking water a little and use a spoon to soften each portion of pesto before mixing it with the pasta.
- Ingredients: Sunflower oil (34%), basil (29.2%), potatoes, glucose syrup, cashews, Grana Padano cheese (4.5%) (with egg protein ), pecorino cheese (4.5%) ), salt, extra virgin olive oil (1.5%), pine nuts (1%), flavorings, acidity corrector: lactic acid; garlic.
