- Cooking: Pour the Tortellini into lightly salted water (1.5 liters x 100g of product) just before it starts boiling. Cook for about 14 minutes.
- Store at room temperature.
Ingredients: Pasta (72%): durum wheat semolina, eggs (19.4% of pasta). Filling (28%): breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour, salt), ricotta (28% of the filling) (whey milk, salt), vegetable shortening (coconut fat, sunflower oil, water), flavorings, salt, porcini mushroom powder (2.8% of the filling), garlic powder, nutmeg, rosemary powder.
