The line of specialties Attilio is dedicated to Mr Attilio Mastromauro, founder of Pastificio Granoro, from which it takes its name. It's a fine line, with pasta shapes all bronze drawing, produced with durum wheat semolina of superior quality (with a high percentage of protein and gluten), with a complex production process and a drying sweet and very slow. Although the drawing is the bronze, the color of the Special Shapes Attilio is golden from both raw and cooked later. Cooking, contrary to what happens with other pasta drawn in bronze, further enhances the color and the specialties of Attilio appear in flat bright and golden. The formats of the specialties of Attilio are all large, suitable for sophisticated cuisine with meat sauces.
