WHAT ARE flour JUST FINE?
Are flours derived from a lower grain refining which allows to use the external part of the grain preserving some valuable parts. The flours are divided into five types, depending on their degree of refining: 00, 0, 1, 2 and integral, from the most refined to the least. In SIGNORCIOK use the TYPE FLOUR 2, which provides an intermediate level of refining and is richer parts of bran than flour 0 and 00.
