Truffle polenta with herbes and spices.
Preparation: Pour into a pot of 1.5 Liters of water with a tablespoon of salt. When boiling, shed "polenta" stirring by a spoon. Let it cook 10 mins. Pour in a large plate and season with a spoonful of butter and some grated cheese (Parmesan).
