The Sultana Rasins is left in infusion for more than 18 hours in a precious Grappa of the variety Nebbiolo. In this way the raisins soak upintensity, scent and taste of the liqueur and release it slowly to the dough of the Panettone. The result: the pleasure of some alcohol degrees combined with softness and flavor of our dough.
