A mixture of fresh eggs, whole milk, cane sugar and honey, naturally flavored with Bourbon vanilla berries from Madagascar and left to rise with small amounts of Filippi sourdough, jealously kept and kept alive with regular refreshments every day for 40 years. To this traditional recipe we have added many whole black cherries, irregularly shaped because they are still fresh, candied for several weeks in open-air tanks. A delicious dove, with a delicate bouquet and a sweet taste, but at the same time pleasantly sour.
